Make room for slow mornings, long lunches and evenings outside. The Build Excess 3m × 3m Electric Louvre Pergola combines a freestanding aluminium structure with an adjustable motorised roof, lighting in the frame and louvres, and a rain sensor included as standard.

Choose your package: the base pergola includes the motorised louvred roof, frame and louvre LEDs, rain sensor and control box. Privacy screens and sliding glass doors are optional paid upgrades.

Adjust the electric louvres to change the light and openness above your outdoor dining or lounge area. Double-layer louvres create a clean, architectural roofline, with the motor and control box included in the base package.
Lighting is part of the design.
LED lighting is integrated into both the frame and louvres, bringing another dimension to your outdoor space after sunset. It is included with the pergola, rather than offered as a separate lighting upgrade.
Rain sensor included
A rain sensor is supplied with the motor and control box. Ask our team for the operating instructions and sensor settings when planning your installation.

Electric privacy screen
Add a motorised screen for adjustable privacy along one side. The aluminium frame is finished in grey, with grey fibreglass screen material. Supplier-listed size: 3,000mm wide × 2,400mm high.
Frameless sliding glass doors
Define the edge of your outdoor space while keeping the view open. This optional set uses 10mm tempered glass with a matching grey frame/track finish. Supplier-listed set size: 3,000mm wide × 2,400mm high.
